surah baqarah benefits - Blessings of Surah Al Baqarah

Surah Baqarah benefits - Surah Al-Baqarah is the longest surah of the Qur'an, and the Prophet (SA) has emphasized many of his general advantages and some of his specific advantages. For example, the Prophet (saas) told us that his recitation in a house keeps Satan away. Abu Hurairah reported that the Messenger of Allah (SA) said: "Do not make your houses like graves, for the Shaytaan runs away from a house in which the al-Baqara sura is recited" (narrated by Muslim, 780). Like most spiritual ailments such as the evil eye, the possession of the jinn and black magic are satanic nature away Satan can also help both in the treatment of such conditions and as a preventive measure.

The blessings of Aayat al-Kursi

Ayat-ul-Kursi is verse 255 of Surah Al-Baqarah and is related to the throne of Allah. This verse has many blessings and is used for the treatment of Ruqyah, treatment of the evil eye, black magic, and also for general and complete protection.

The blessings of this verse are evident from this hadeeth reported by Abu Hurayrah. He said:

The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.) put me in charge of guarding the zakaah of Ramadan. Someone came to me and started taking (illegally) a handful of food. I seized it and said, 'I will lead you to the Messenger of Allah (saw).' He said, 'I am going to teach you a few words by which Allah will benefit you.' I said, 'What are they? He said, 'When you go to your bed, recite this ayah:' Allah! Laa Ilaaha Illa Huwa  Al-Hayyul-Qayyoom (the living, the one who supports and protects everything that exists) ... "[Surat al-Baqarah, 2: 255] Then Allah will assign a guardian for you to stay with you, and no Shaitan (the devil) will come near you until morning. "The Messenger of Allah (saw) asked me, 'What is what did your prisoner do last night? ' 'O Messenger of Allah, he taught me something, and pretended that Allah would benefit me.' He said, 'What was it?' I said, 'He taught me to tell Aayat al-Kursiy when I go to bed and said that no Shetan would come near me until morning and that Allah would appoint a guardian for me who would remain with me. "The prophet (saw) said, 'He told you the truth, though he is an inveterate liar, it was Shetan [narrated by al-Bukhari, 3101, Muslim, 505].

The blessings of the last verses of Surah Al-Baqarah

The last verses of Surah Al-Baqarah are one of the most memorized and told Koranic verses among Muslims and it is for a good reason. Consider the word of the Prophet (saas) transfer the last verses of Surah.

"Whoever recites the last two verses of Surah al-Baqarah by night, that will suffice him" (according to Abu Mas'ood al-Ansaari and narrated by al-Bukhari, 4723, Muslim, 807).

The Prophet (saas) also said the following:

"Allah has written a book two thousand years before creating the heavens and the earth, from which the last two verses of Surah al-Baqarah have been revealed, and if they are recited for three nights, no Shaitan (devil) will remain in the house) (reported by al-Tirmidhi, 2882) This hadeeth was classified as alienated by al-Albani in Sahih al-Jaami (1799).

surat al-Baqarah verse 285 286

285. The Messenger (Muhammad) believes in what has been sent to him by his Lord, and (thus) the believers. Everyone believes in Allah, his angels, his books and his messengers. (They say), "We make no distinction between one another from His Messengers" - and they say, "We hear, and we follow." (We seek) Your forgiveness, our Lord, and to you is the return ( of all). "

286. Allah does not charge a person beyond his reach. He receives a reward for that (good) he has won, and he is punished for that (evil) he has won. "Our Lord, do not punish us if we forget or fall into error, our Lord, do not impose on us a burden like the one you imposed on those who preceded us (Jews and Christians), our Lord! Do not impose a heavier burden than we can bear Forgive us and forgive us Have mercy on us You are our Maula (Boss, Supporter, and Protector, etc.) and we give victory over the disbelievers "Quran, Surah Al-Baqarah (2,285: 286)

The Holy Prophet (S) said that whoever slake the first four verses of Surah al-Baqarah attached by the 'Ayat-ul-Kursi with the last three verses of this Surah, makes the habit of reciting these verses daily - his life, his property and his family will be protected and no hurt will come to them. Shaitan will not approach him and he will not be one of those who forget Allah (SW).

The late Tabarsi quoted Majma'-ul-Bayan as saying that once the Prophet (S) was asked, "Which Koranic Surah is the best? He (S) replied, "Al-Baqarah". They asked, "What verse of Surah (is the best)?" He replied: "Ayat-ul-Kursi, the verse of the throne", (verse 255) ". [1]

The superiority of this holy Surah is, it seems, due to its completeness, and the preference of the throne verse (verse 255) is due to its special monotheistic content, which will be dealt with later in this verse.

This is not contrary to the fact that other suras of the Quran are considered superior in other aspects. All the Quranic Surahs were considered from different points of view.

Again, it is narrated by Ali ibn al-Husayn (as) that the Prophet (S) said:

"Whoever recites the first four verses of Surah AI-Baqarah, the" Verse of the Throne "(verse 255) with his next two verses (256,257) with the last three verses of Surah, will not encounter any trouble in himself in his family members, and in his wealth, and Satan will not approach him, and he (having paid attention to the Qur'an in his life) will not forget the Qur'an ". [2]

Also, 'Ubayy ibn Ka'b quotes from the Holy Prophet (S):

"Whoever recites this Surah (Al-Baqarah) will be encompassed by the blessings of Allah and His Mercy, and He will reward him as much as that of a person who fought without fear on the path of Allah for a year". [3]

Then the Messenger of Allah (S) added that Muslims should study this Surah, know it, and do it accordingly in order to be favored by the Mercy of Allah in this world and the next. Imam Ja'far al-Sadiq (as) is narrated as saying:

"The one who recites Al-Baqarah and 'Al-i-Imran, these two Surahs will come over his head on the Day of Judgment as two clouds like two umbrellas (and protect him from the heat of this Day)". [4]

Here, it is necessary to mention the important fact that these significant rewards, virtues, and compensations that have been cited for studying the Qur'an or some of the Quranic Surahs and special verses have never meant that one should simply be content with the fact recited them as invocations.

On the contrary, recitation of the Qur'an is for understanding, and understanding is for contemplation, and contemplation is for action.
